Long working hours, economic uncertainty, and the pressure to succeed in competitive job markets are contributing to rising cases of stress-related disorders. Mental health practitioners in major cities report increasing numbers of young workers seeking therapy for burnout and anxiety.
Although awareness is improving, cultural stigma still discourages many from seeking help. However, social media campaigns and youth-led initiatives are slowly changing perceptions about therapy and emotional well-being.
