In Tunisia, efforts to improve mental health services continue alongside broader health system strengthening. Although not always front-page news, the country is actively participating in Regional WHO action plans and Mental Health Gap Action integration (mhGAP) to enhance access to community-based mental health care and psychosocial support interventions. �
